2. Domain, Website, and Digital Asset Policy
2.1 Ownership and Access
Websites, domains, hosting environments, cloud storage, and digital assets managed or provisioned by Transparent Strategies Inc. remain under our administrative control until all invoices and outstanding balances are paid in full, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2.2 Transfer Limitations
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, delay, or deny any assistance with domain transfers, website migrations, hosting migrations, asset exports, credential sharing, or administrative access if any invoice remains unpaid, regardless of project status or prior communications.
2.3 Invoicing and Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. Failure to pay an invoice constitutes a breach of service terms.
- A 30-day grace period may be provided at our discretion following a missed payment.
- During this period, services may be limited, paused, or restricted.
- After the grace period, websites, domains, and services may be suspended or taken offline without further notice.
3. Non-Payment, Data Retention, and Deletion Policy
3.1 90-Day Non-Payment Enforcement
If an invoice remains unpaid for 90 days or more, Transparent Strategies Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to permanently delete any or all of the following without further notice:
- Websites
- Domains (where applicable)
- Databases
- Files and media
- Cloud-stored assets
- Backups
- Credentials
- Email accounts or integrations
Server space, hosting infrastructure, and cloud storage incur ongoing costs. Transparent Strategies Inc. will not continue to bear these costs for unpaid accounts.
3.2 No Recovery or Assistance After Deletion
Once deletion occurs due to non-payment:
- No data recovery will be attempted or provided
- No migration, transfer, or restoration assistance will be offered
- No credentials, passwords, backups, or asset lists will be supplied
- No liability will be assumed for loss of data, revenue, SEO, or business operations
Deletion is final and irreversible.
3.3 Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment and to request any transfers or data exports before accounts become delinquent.4. Data Security and Confidentiality

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
4.2 Confidentiality
Information shared with us during active services will be treated as confidential. This obligation does not apply once services are terminated due to non-payment.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
