2.1 Transfer Limitations
We reserve the right to restrict or deny assistance with the transfer of domains or websites until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
2.2 Invoicing and Payment
Invoices for services provided by Transparent Strategies Inc. must be paid according to the terms specified in the invoice. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in delays or denial of assistance in the domain or website transfer process.
2.3 Transfer Process
Upon receiving full payment for outstanding invoices, we will provide the necessary support and assistance for the transfer of domains or websites as outlined in our service agreements. This means anything that is owed or due needs to be paid in full before we will assist with any transfer. If an invoice has not been paid we will give a 30 day grace period until the website/domain is shut down.
